Everyone wants insight into others while few of us wish to intensely analyze ourselves.  We have chosen to ignore the ancient Oracle of Delphi, who commended us to “know thyself”, in favour of modern day philosophy which speaks to “psyching out the other guy”.  The Enneagram proposes that knowing ourselves and knowing others are interdependent.

Participants in this workshop will learn why the various personality types respond differently to the same event.  How to capitalize on the strengths of each personality type as team members and team leaders will be covered.  Most importantly, participants will leave with a new lens from which to view themselves and others.

Target Audience:  Employees, employers and supervisors
