The Lloydminster Learning Council Association offers
a variety of courses from language, health & wellness, computers,
horticulture, arts/crafts, fitness, dance & literacy. Anyone wishing
to instruct in these areas, please call Darlene @ 875-5763 or forward
your resume to the LLCA.
Council has had requests for:
Beginner Conversational French
Beginner Conversational German
Beginner Conversational Russian

Volunteers
Council welcomes all volunteers. With the opening of our Community
Learning Centre opportunities abound to assist learners with on-line
learning.
The LEARN Program requires volunteers in their Adult Tutor Program.
Council is also looking for Class Hosts.
Benefits of Volunteering:
- The LEARN program provides tutor training, professional development
and ongoing assistance to each volunteer tutor.
- The LEARN program gives volunteers the opportunity to explore career
interests and gain valuable experience.
- The LEARN program provides opportunities for personal growth and
challenge.
LEARN offers a confidential one-on-one volunteer program for adults,
ages 17 and older, who need help with basic reading, writing, and or
